Parcour training

This class is held in our new Functional Training department. An effective, intensive and fun work-out that trains all muscle groups. You will work on your fitness as well as your strength.

A course is laid out, where you work with components within a short period of time. These include cardio machines, battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbells, body exercises, etc. After each part, you will get a short rest, then move on to the next part.

This interval training will burn fat and build muscle mass. Definitely worth a try!
