Parcour training kids

This is a class that combines play and training. The kids do different exercises in circuit form interspersed with a lot of fun, sporty games. There is always a nice group, so you will make friends anyway. Sports for kids are good for fitness, self-confidence and preventing or fighting obesity, among other things. The trail workouts have lots of variety that keeps kids interested and motivated.
