Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a sport in which you use both your arms and your legs. It is a very intensive and effective sport for both your condition and muscle building. It also strengthens you mentally. There are few other sports in which you use your body and mind as intensively as in kickboxing.

We offer a variety of kickboxing classes:

Technology

Kickboxing technique classes are ideal for improving your kickboxing technique. You will go deeper into the punches and kicks, as well as your coverage, stance and movement. During this class you have the option to spar, but this is never mandatory. You decide what you want and don't want and that is one of the reasons that makes Burning Heart so unique.

Technique without sparring

The kickboxing technique class without sparring is basically the same as the regular technique class, but the sparring part does not occur. The classes are not too complicated which makes it ideal for beginners.

Youth: from 11 years of age

Youth classes mainly focus a lot on kickboxing technique and sparring. As with every class, sparring is of course not a mandatory part, the kids have free choice to say what they want and don't want. Furthermore, the youth are also welcome to attend the bag training sessions.

Kids: ages 4 and up

Kids as young as 4 years old can join us for kickboxing. Kickboxing is an incredibly effective sport for kids, both physically and mentally. We see children blossom within a few weeks and become more confident by the day. In addition, they make a lot of great friends!

During class the children learn the technique of kickboxing but also do all kinds of games. Discipline during kickboxing and respect for the teachers are very important, but a good dose of fun during the games is also assured.
