Boxing

We are an official NOC NSF recognized boxing school affiliated with the Dutch Boxing Federation. Our experienced trainers offer you the guidance you need and convey the passion for their craft. Our boxing classes are accessible to every level; from young to old, from beginners to advanced. Boxing is a sport for everyone.

Boxing is a perfect sport for getting fit and staying fit. The sport appeals to both your body and mind. With boxing you train your endurance, strength, fitness, speed, coordination, agility, mental toughness etc. A boxer you are constantly moving, defending and punching. This against infinite combinations of movements.

Therefore, boxing is a sport that you will not easily get bored of. Especially under the guidance of our trainer Jeremy Blijd. Jeremy is a professional boxer with a unique personality. He is the driving force behind boxing at Burning Heart.

Boxing pocket training

In pairs, boxing on the bag, interspersed with fitness exercises. That's the boxing bag training. During this class you train all muscle groups and work on your condition & endurance. Athletes of all levels can participate, ladies and gentlemen, regardless of age and experience. Basically, the boxing bag training is the same concept as the bag and fitness training, but here you do boxing instead of kickboxing.

Our enthusiastic trainers and energetic music make the pocket training our most popular class. There is absolutely no threshold, because you decide for yourself to what extent you are committed. You can completely demolish yourself or take it easy, the choice is entirely up to you!

Boxing youth

Teens as young as 11 can join this boxing workout. The focus is on technique, often only the warm-up is done on the bag. Work is done on punches, stance, coverage, movement and much more.
