Theater Gooiland, Viking Shirts & Birthday Party?

This morning was again the traditional morning mass at 10.00 am and to my great pleasure it was filled with enthusiastic athletes of young and old. I think many a real church is jealous of such a visit. Pastor Jerry went old-fashioned again during this lesson and soon saw the necessary drops of sweat on heated faces, besides that the moans were not of the air. Jerry's brother had the pleasure of testing a device, I forgot the name, during class. It comes down to this, you attach a plate to your wrist between your bandage and it then displays speed and force of the punches on a pocket on a pre-installed App on your phone. Quite interesting to measure, but you have to press the start button of the App beforehand and Marco had forgotten that.
Curious about the result, our test subject Marco has a lot of power and speed when punching that's why he was chosen, the result turned out to be zero point zero because of his action not to activate the start button. The test will be done again next Sunday. Afterwards I can inform you that due to a short holiday of jJerry, a few days on Texel with family and dog Baloo, our pastor Ad Donkerlo will do the honors as pastor.

Birthday party filmed
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of filming a birthday party at our dance school. Received the request for this from Celia Berg who had organized this party on behalf of our dance school in a more than grandiose way. When editing the images, the final result was of course only intended for the parents, I gradually got the feeling of Gosh, this can be a nice promo for these kinds of parties. When delivering the film, I asked if I could use these images and fortunately the recipients had no objection. Celia informs us that we could use the images and tells her that I would put together a short version for her own website and to promote our dance school. Because I've been quite busy at our dojo lately, it took me a long time to get around to this. Last Wednesday I sat down in front of my computer to put this promo together. Coincidentally, that same Wednesday morning I received a message from Celia about how I was doing and she was able to reply that I had planned to start. I am quite satisfied with the result and sent it to Celia via Wetransfer. In no time she received a message that she was over the moon with her promo, so two satisfied people. Gooiland Theatre
For the dance school lovers, July 12 is a day to put circled in red in your calendar. Dance 3 is going big and has rented Theater Gooiland on this Wednesday for our first dance performance on a large stage. All Kids from 2 years old give a performance on a real stage in a real theater. Both our youngest ballerinas and the more advanced groups will show their dancing skills in a real theater and not just any theater. Many a great artist has performed there, it was a long time ago but how about Toon Hermans who showed his One Man Show there.
So folks, if you can spare some time, from 6:00 p.m. the spectacle starts.

Viking Shirts
Soon the Viking water edition 2017 will be here. The Viking Shirts are printed and look slick as we are used to from dojo Burning Heart. It is bright red with a white text, the example is on this blog. Curious about your condition?
