Look in the mirror and think, "I can't do it either"... BUT!!!
We leave June 3 for Ko Samui 9 days of training at Superpro and enjoy the island, then we fly to Bangkok where one flies on to Amsterdam and the other stays to train for another 5 days at Elite Fight club where I will try, if I know how many will go with me, that we will be taught by the legend trainer Gae, Great guy!
We are going to visit galas in both Ko Samui and Bangkok , very cool there!! If you are short on time, you can of course also do Bangkok on your own. Again, everything is possible, nothing is necessary!! And how motivating is it to get super fit for this in the coming months!!! In terms of climate, it is a super period!! Massages cost nada?...
Ticket costs about € 750 now, will get more expensive as the date approaches.
Sleeping Superpro room only € 35.- p.d. including training!
If you share a room € 22,- p.p. Bangkok I don't know yet.
You can also, like me, take a house and share it nearby! I know a lot there...
