Seminar Alistair Overeem

It took a while but May 28 was the day, Alistair Overeem would visit dojo Burning Heart to give a seminar.
After an earlier appointment was postponed due to circumstances, Alistair had obligations in America on that date due to promo activities for the UFC, today was D-DAY for Burning Heart.
It's a miracle in itself to get this champ to attend a seminar, but Jerry wouldn't be Jerry to pull this off.
Well on time, Alistair arrived at Dojo Burning Heart in the company of his manager.

A good 60 participants welcomed him and after they were introduced and Alistair had a chat with people he knew, it was time for the Seminar. Already a legend in the MMA world, Alistair started with a warm-up. Alistair had a highly motivated group of participants and you could hear a pin drop with each of his explanations. The training lasted about an hour and a half and flew by. Afterwards people took the time to take a picture with him.
Ben Pontier, who doesn't know him, took care of the photography during the lesson. Dojo Burning Heart is known as a family gym and that was reflected in the diversity of the participants, kids, adults and elderly people had a great time during the Seminar.
After this happening I received many compliments from very satisfied participants, in short, an afternoon not to be forgotten in a hurry.
