Lottery tickets and T-shirts

Last Sunday morning at 10 o'clock it was time for the one-time appearance of Ad Donkerlo nicknamed "The Reverend " as Sensei. Because Jerry was celebrating his last day of vacancy on the island of Ibiza and permanent replacement Abman was also staying on that island, Ad spontaneously offered to lead the Sunday morning mass, as Jerry constantly announces on Facebook.
Armed with a more than excellent playlist, an old-fashioned English whistle with wooden ball and Tattoos on his arms, Ad reported early to the Dojo.
Exactly 10:00 a.m. the screeching sound of Ad's whistle sounded and after a short introduction the bag and condition training was started. It was a very varied lesson which turned out to be very well received considering the positive reactions afterwards.

Lottery tickets
Since a week we have started selling lottery tickets for Fight for Cancer.
An initiative of our highly appreciated member Maeva Lageba in collaboration with Dojo Burning Heart.
This lottery of which a ticket costs 2 euros includes numerous diverse prizes.
To name a few what you can win with the lottery tickets, several dinner vouchers, sauna visits, private lessons, tastings, cinema vouchers and much more.
So people buy these lottery tickets in large numbers, the money will benefit the Fight Cancer/KWF foundation. The drawing will take place during the BBQ after the Fisherman Friends Run at Dojo Burning Heart.

Fitness/Crossfight
Have paid attention several times in previous blogs to cleaning up used gear after your exercise in the Fitness and Crossfight room. Unfortunately, we still find daily that many people completely disregard this and carelessly leave their used gear on the floor. Surely it is not too much to ask to put your gear neatly in its place.
Very soon the position of several cameras will be adjusted so that we have a better view of places that are currently poorly visible.
It is not yet to the point where we have constant surveillance in our gym so when one observes that someone consciously or unconsciously does not clean up stuff do me a favor and speak to that person about it in a friendly way. We would like to keep the atmosphere that exists at our Dojo as it currently is, One Gym One Fam.

T-shirts
Another announcement for the participants of the strongman run at Hellendoorn, there will be shirts sponsored by Dojo Burning Heart, just like in Wijchen. Jerry has put a sample on facebook with the following text:

Vikings!!! We are going to sponsor shirts for the Strongman run again!!! Super cool if everyone wears the same shirts! I will order the shirts on Monday so please give me your size at the bar or as a comment below and I will put it on the list... Osu!!!!
