Crazy about Travel

We love to travel, love to be active! Want to show the kids as much as possible of the world but va this year we are going to organize 3 active trips a year for you, the Gym Fam!!!!
Exclusively for members and supporters. Training camp and lots of fun in Thailand was already fixed but there will be 2 more.

In September we will go into the mountains under the guidance of Roeland, climbing!
Can be done by beginners if you are in good shape and willing! Staying overnight in mountain huts, conquering glaciers and climbing large mountain walls, secured of course and led by Roel who is an experienced climber.
Wonderful adventure.

In November I will organize a FREEDIVING course in the Blue Hole Dahab. The breathing techniques and the calmness underwater can be a life changer!!!
I have made about 12 dives in the Blue Hole in the past 20 years and am always so fascinated by the Freedivers who are always there! Wonderful.
Take a beginners course and of course make a wonderful week of it.
