Gas, light and droplets

And another week gone, a bit of a chilly week at our newly opened dance school cum Ladies only. The thing is, when renting the space the landlord wanted electricity and gas to be separated. For some time now, the fire department has had a rule that both the electricity meter and the gas meter must be able to be shut off within 3 meters of the entrance door.
Now this is no problem for us, right next to the entrance door there is space to house both the electric meter as well as the gas meter. As for electricity, just run a cable from the fuse box underground to the new place. We are waiting for the company to install an electricity meter right away.

As far as gas is concerned essentially the same thing. Now there are enough radiators throughout the property and a boiler has already been installed however it is not yet connected to this boiler. Here the same applies as with the electricity meter, they have to make a separate connection to our future gas meter. Again, we are waiting for the company to take care of this. Now we have requested the landlord to be allowed to use his boiler for as long as it takes, nothing has changed yet, and he has no objection to that.

However, it turned out that some things need to be repaired on his boiler. That is in progress so we hope to have a nice temperature in our office soon. In addition, we are still without a shower, the boiler is there and we are waiting for our own gas supply.

Instructional films
Today I started recording so-called instructional films again.
I had started doing that in the past and it turned out to be a hit afterwards. Jeremy on Boxing, Noëll on Kickboxing, Twan together with Humprey Sardjoe and Bouke on Fitness. These videos have alternately been viewed between 5,000 times and over 7,000 times. They can only be seen on Facebook and of course on our website under the heading video gallery. The intention is to alternate between having one person(s) show their skills once a week. This Friday, the day my new blog appears, it will be Noëll's turn.

New drops
The popularity of visiting our Fitness Room after regular opening hours continues to grow. It even got to the point where we ran out of new drops.
For the mere sum of € 17.50, cost of the drop, and upon presentation of a valid identity card one can use our fitness room 24 hours a day. There is another important fact, the drop is purely personal so one is not allowed to admit anyone else. Believe me I check almost every day that this rule is not exceeded.

ATM Device
Last week we spent a few days without a working ATM machine.
That people increasingly use their debit cards, even for small amounts, is something we experience daily at our Dojo. Fortunately, since yesterday (Wednesday) we have a fresh one that works properly again, so we can use the ATM again.
