Dojo Tour Bus
It's time for my weekly blog. I start by mentioning that the Obstacle Run on June 11 in Wijchen has been booked by Jerry and we have received a confirmation of participation.
A total of 54 people will participate, the vast majority of whom will be for the 13 km. run. It is the intention that a Tour bus will be arranged so that we travel together to Nijmegen. As soon as more is known about this, the participants will be informed in time.
I can also tell you that I am taking my film camera with me and that Jerry is putting on a Go Pro camera so that we can capture as much as possible on film. I think I'm going to take a look at the terrain beforehand to see where and how I can get to the various obstacles because I want to film as much of you as possible.
I would also like to remind you not to underestimate this Obstacle Run. At the moment Noël Twight is working on a crossfight lesson that is aimed at this event, of course without water but still....
Music
You may have noticed, the music boxing has been placed in the Fitness and Crossfight rooms, it is planned that they will be operational next week.
A suitable Playlist will be created with all kinds of music that are suitable for these spaces. This Playlist will be updated regularly so that there will be enough variety.
The first instructional video is now also available on the site of Dojo Burning Heart.
Once a week this series will be expanded with videos about Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, Crossfight, Fitness and Judo. The first videos have already been recorded and I hope that this new section will be viewed a lot via the site of Dojo Burning Heart.
The initiative of mister Dojo, Jerry de Jong, to treat our youth from 4 years to 11 years old to a film in a real cinema has been well received.
Within a week, more than 25 registrations have already been received, so that will be a success.
Scanners
Another announcement of a technical nature, next week the scanners will arrive with which you can scan via your mobile phone. What things will look like is also anyone's guess for us, but we are assured of expert help, Marcel Godijn. The man who installed the cameras and installed the current scanners. Of course we will keep you informed of the progress regarding the scanners.
Scotland
Personally, I'm not on the Dojo from Saturday to Tuesday, I'm going to Scotland for a long weekend with Jerry. We booked a trip to the Whisky Island par excellence, Islay.
I have been to that beautiful country several times but not yet to this island where everything breathes whiskey.
