Crossfight, waiting lists!?

Writing my blog a little later than usual, it's early Friday morning.
Yesterday when I got home from my daily run to the Dojo, I first consumed my lunch before crawling behind my computer. Thought it was time again to do a fresh promo of the Fitness and Crossfight areas. Usually do this every few months. Spent almost the entire afternoon sorting out and editing footage I've taken lately, but I'm still not completely satisfied with what I have now. You start demanding more and more of yourself and therefore become more demanding, so later on I will look at the 2 minute movie for the umpteenth time and possibly improve it with new footage. I do have the misfortune that our Drone is under repair at the importer at the moment, I didn't pay attention for a moment and hit the wall. Art is if you fly inside and keep an eye on your screen and the drone. Looked too much at my screen at the moment of impact and since the Gimbal and camera is extremely sensitive I was screwed and am now without it for a while.

Crossfight
Last night I showed my face at Jerry and Daphne's Crossfight class. Daphne was at home with the same problem I'm slowly recovering from, back pain, so Jerry did the lesson on his own. When I came in Jerry had explained half of the course and what I immediately noticed was that our boss was pretty short of breath and had trouble speaking. The beginning of his explanation he had started a little too enthusiastically with demonstration on the forest bags included in his course, hence heavy breathing. Afterwards when I spoke to him by phone he had the same shortcoming but that was because he was running on the moors with his dog, busy owner that son of mine. What was particularly pleasant was that within No-Time the group of participants had grown from 8 to 28 people. The reason is Jerry, his enthusiasm is so contagious that you automatically join in, I notice this every week when he gives the morning Mass on Sundays.

Drip system
We are temporarily unable to issue drops from our 24-hour service. Last week I wanted to activate new drops because we had run out of the current supply of active drops and it just wouldn't work. Started to doubt myself if I was using the right method. Thought I would do it again tomorrow because the lock was working overtime because I was constantly working on it. In good spirits I tried again the next day but got no result. I read the booklet with instructions and what did I see to my amazement, in small letters it said somewhere that the limit of this system was 250. That the system turns out to be extremely accurate is true because I had number 251 in my hand with trying. Called Daan van de Kamp and presented the problem, response from him, do make a call to the importer and you will hear from me as soon as possible. Just to clarify, Daan had installed the drip system. The next day a representative of the system came by to see the situation on the spot. When I bought this system over a year ago, I never imagined that there would be a maximum on it.
Conclusion and recommendation of the representative, take the current system at a competitive price and replace it with a system that can handle 1600 people. One of our conditions is that the current applicable drops can be transferred. Imagine, taking 250 drops and reactivating them, an impractical task but fortunately we don't have that problem. On the other hand, it is fortunate that, say, 250 drops were issued in a period of one year. Meanwhile there is a waiting list of people who want to use the 24-hour service and as soon as this is arranged you will hear from us.

Dojo youth
To conclude this blog, I would like to report that our youth had mixed results last weekend in The Hague. Two wins and ditto number of losses.
But most importantly for us, it was another great day for the Kids and coaches.

Until my next blog.
