Each clinic is adapted to the level of the participants. Beginners are gently introduced to the basic movements and learn simple punch and kick combinations. After all, where do you place an angle and how do you give a good kick?
For more advanced and competition fighters, the competition elements come into play. How do you make the best use of your own qualities, how do you stay focused, how do you make use of your weaknesses and how do you anticipate your opponent?
