FP30 and Group Classes

From the age of 10, I had been involved in movement, posture and sports every day through the ballet academy I was doing at the time. After 6 years of dancing every day, I started practicing other sports pretty soon and started my passion for strength training and teaching group classes. (Which I can still put some dance elements into) After obtaining various trainings and courses (dance academy, fitness A + B, all-round group classes, bootcamp, nutrition&Sport, personal trainer). I have been working as a sports instructor for 30 years now. I coach people, each at his or her own level, to become fitter, stronger, healthier and purposefully an improved version of themselves. I do this with a lot of experience, knowledge, variation, technique & safety and above all fun and rewarding satisfaction!
