Burning Heart is a gym but for me so much more than just a gym. From the first moment I joined there, I have been welcomed with open arms by the fine people who work and exercise there. No one needs to feel left out there, because everyone is welcome. In the battle to become a Bikkel 2.0, I can count on a lot of support from the trainers and other people at Burning Heart. If I'm not motivated for a while, the trainers are there to give me a proverbial kick in the pants. Then I automatically get motivated again to attend the fun classes of the good trainers. The training and my new lifestyle have helped me lose about 100 kg and have a healthier body. But beyond that, my membership has also made me part of a very big family, the Burning Heart family. #OneGymOneFamily

He has grown athletically but also as a person because of everything he learns there. The atmosphere is nice, they learn a lot, at the end of class judo lemonade and with exams they really make a party. So also for judo go to Burning Heart!

Group classes gym Nederhorst den Berg
Burning Heart, the gym near Nederhorst den Berg, offers much more than just the gyms. Each week we have more than 80 classes you can take advantage of. For example, we are a NOC NSF recognized boxing school with the Dutch Boxing Federation with a top level a competition boxers to fun recreational boxers. We also offer our most popular class several times a day: the bag training. During this training you stand with a pair at a bag to perform various (kick)boxing and fitness exercises.
We also offer several strength training classes, the most popular of which is FP30. FP30 is a full body HIIT workout. 30 parts with endless variations, commitment-rest-rest-rest. Think of it as a big course for adults, where you come out feeling fantastic and fulfilled. Just like all other classes, you decide the extent of your commitment.
At Burning Heart you can also attend classes such as Bootcamp, a wonderful outdoor workout. During these classes you work individually or in groups on various exercises on the Hoorneboeg Heath. The exercises are performed with objects that you can find anywhere outside: tree trunks, walls, fences, and so on! Bootcamp classes are offered for different levels so that everyone can participate. For example, we have a Walking Bootcamp, for anyone who can't or won't run. Do you like to go the extra mile? Then the XXL Bootcamp is definitely for you.
