Burning Heart is a gym but for me so much more than just a gym. From the first moment I joined there, I have been welcomed with open arms by the fine people who work and exercise there. No one needs to feel left out there, because everyone is welcome. In the battle to become a Bikkel 2.0, I can count on a lot of support from the trainers and other people at Burning Heart. If I'm not motivated for a while, the trainers are there to give me a proverbial kick in the pants. Then I automatically get motivated again to attend the fun classes of the good trainers. The training and my new lifestyle have helped me lose about 100 kg and have a healthier body. But beyond that, my membership has also made me part of a very big family, the Burning Heart family. #OneGymOneFamily

He has grown athletically but also as a person because of everything he learns there. The atmosphere is nice, they learn a lot, at the end of class judo lemonade and with exams they really make a party. So also for judo go to Burning Heart!

Different classes gym Blaricum
Near Blaricum, at gym Burning Heart, we offer much more than just our beautiful gym. In fact, we have more than 80 classes per week that you can take advantage of. We are a NOC NSF recognized boxing school by the Dutch Boxing Federation with a top level of competition boxers to fun recreational boxers. You can also take our most popular class several times a day: the bag training. During this conditional training, you will go in pairs at a bag to perform various (kick)boxing and fitness exercises. At Burning Heart you can also take Bootcamp training, for example. These trainings take place outdoors. During the Bootcamp you work individually or in groups on various exercises on the Hoorneboegse Heide. These exercises are performed using various elements that you can encounter anywhere outdoors. Think of poles, fences and tree trunks. Don't like running? Or can't do it anymore? No problem! At Burning Heart, we also offer Walking Bootcamps.
In addition to these classes, you can join Burning Heart gym for many more workouts. Think of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, MMA and so on.
We also offer several strength training classes, the most popular of which is FP30. FP30 is a full body HIIT workout. 30 parts with endless variations, commitment-rest-rest-rest. Think of it as a big course for adults, where you come out feeling fantastic and fulfilled.
Whatever your interest, and whatever you want to work out, Burning Heart is the right place to work on your health in a responsible way. From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome!
