Wow what an experience, never experienced this before. The bar is set for all future gyms I will visit! Friendly lady at the front desk, explained well and gave a short tour, this in a very nice way ... Read more (and with a smile). I can really appreciate this, only downside is the number of parking spaces in front of the door. Participated in BJJ training with Michel Ras, what a topper! Good explanation, patient and a family atmosphere. For that real gym lifestyle you have to be here, nutrition etc, everything but everything is there. I recommend it and I will be back.
