FP30

FP30 is a fullbody HIT workout. 30 parts with endless variations, commitment-rest-rest-rest and repeat! That's HIT (High Intensity Training). Guided by a professional trainer with great music, each workout focuses on a different part of the body. Think of it as a big course for adults, where you come out feeling fantastic and fulfilled.

All classes in our 400m2 FP30 box, fully ventilated and air conditioned, focus on FP30. You can participate at any level and you decide to what extent you are committed, nothing must and everything goes! You work on your fitness, your strength, your flexibility, you name it. All parts are covered every workout and you will feel fitter with each workout.
