My business is the best!

The weather remains unchanged although I do miss the much-needed precipitation, gosh the ground is dry. When I look outside from my balcony, instead of a green lawn, I see something that looks like the desert. Not a single blade of green grass can be discerned, only a yellowed field.  But we keep our spirits up because one day it will rain again.

Enjoy a quiet week, do the essentials at our dojo, pay a daily visit to Otopoets and for the rest I can be found at home. I like it because of the warm weather my leg plays up even more, so I put on cassie.  Had to go to the dojo a few times this week because of the fact that our computer crashed, it's an old beast of mine with Windows 7 on it.

I'm afraid he's had his day, jerry likes to invest in the dojo but he thinks this kind of investment is a shame but will have to give in soon, especially now that his eldest daughter is already well on her way to having the collection run through Epass.
Has many advantages but is a good job for her.
To mention one not unimportant advantage, when a reversal takes place, the system automatically blocks the member in question and sends a message if the email address is known.
Now Daphne is working full-time on this for 2 days. Keep up the good work Noa ?

My Case Is The Best

Last Wednesday evening, the primetime broadcast episode of My case is the Best, in which our gym participated, could be seen on RTL.  This episode, of which commercials were shown several times in advance around the commercials of RTL, was eagerly awaited by many members and non-members. If it was lucky enough to see it a little earlier due to Noa's attentiveness, I came into the de Jong house on Tuesday morning when Noa and her boyfriend were just watching the broadcast on their iPad via a link from videoland. Without being biased, it was a great broadcast where Jerry and Daphne were completely themselves. Jerry like anyone can jerry, honest and not mincing words.  Busy as we can from him, a bit hyper but purely himself. Fabiënne Robben, the sympathetic director, has made a beautiful broadcast of it. All in all, a pure piece of advertising for our dojo that I am quite proud of.
Especially with the result ?
At the time of writing this blog there are 429 likes and 154 comments on a comment from Jerry and Daphne on facebook, the comments are all positive, nice right.

Instructional videos on our site

When you visit our site of Burning Heart you will come across a wide variety of all kinds of videos about our dojo.  Very soon, René and my little person are going to bring a bit of order to the chaos. The intention is that there will be a kind of video gallery per category, at the moment everything is still mixed up. Seminars that have been held there come together, instructional videos by Noëll Twigt and the soon to be made fitness related videos by Bouke Rikkert de Koe.
I am regularly asked for those kinds of videos that are especially useful to newcomers.
Due to the fact that there is no instructor at the gym (yet), there appears to be a great need for this.  There are plenty of instructional videos to be seen on you tube, but it is very important that we as Burning Heart will make these videos in our own space.

When the time comes, I'll let you know, I'm saving up for a real video camera that captures these kinds of videos in great detail.
