Impression renovation!

We are slowly but surely moving toward the 150 blog mark; this edition is number 143. Never could have imagined coming this far.
Created to promote our then new website, only readable via facebook and on our site and now already blog 143.
Every Thursday morning I sit down at my screen early in the morning not knowing what to write next because that is my biggest weakness, topics related to the dojo. Not every week something worth mentioning happens! Still, for almost 3 years in a row, I have managed to put together a blog every time.
Some are more interesting than others but the blog gets filled. So also now, it took a while but via facebook a look how it will look like.

Here is an impression how it is going to be next month!!! So looking forward to it!!!

The budo mat is going to be yellow with large black logo and dressed with black props.

Anyone who wants to exercise between 9am and 10pm in either dojo and the gym will have to check in at the bar and walk past the bar to get there. Much more manageable!!! After 10pm will remain same system as now, runs fine.

Go make the "restaurant" really cozy and make a place where you can chill before and/or after exercise! We are really missing that right now.... I wanted to do the dance school downstairs but that's a step too soon so Otopoets is moving there and I have everything nice and together!

Next year we will then create the locker rooms, sauna and steam room. First this big bang!!! December 1 we get the key and by Christmas should be ready. January 13 we will do grand opening and open day!!!!

Part of the new setup is a mechanical gateway that everyone must pass through if they want to enter. Already mentioned in my previous blog. Personally, I am extremely happy with this access because really everyone has to check in now.

Cameras

Last Saturday, some of the cameras were modified or repositioned. Something I am happy about and had been on my wish list for a while. Also, a new one was added that faces the gym entrance. This has created a better view of the fitness area in particular. Big brother is watching you, some think I am watching camera images all day but it is really not that bad. However, when I am not at the dojo I am often busy with editing and in this case 1 and 1 is two. Because I have two screens next to each other my gaze automatically wanders to the camera images.
When I notice something irregular I warn Abman or drive to the dojo to personally intervene. Advantage or disadvantage when you live close to the dojo ?
