Dojo facts and trivia!
Hello dear people, it's Thursday again so it's Blog Day. When my gaze descends to my other screen, I see the images from our cameras and especially in the Fitness many a drop of sweat is produced. Hardly an hour goes by without observing people. Was at the Dojo this morning and to my delight I noticed that the occupancy rate during Jeremy's morning bag and conditioning training was quite busy.
It always gives me great pleasure to observe this. What I do want to dwell on is that occasionally we get complaints about the toilets. Now you should know that these areas are checked several times a day and refreshed if necessary, but you should also realize that we do not employ a toilet lady or gentleman as in large companies where a permanent control is present. So if you come across something, please report it to one of our employees so that we can take care of it immediately. What strikes me is the gigantic use of toilet paper. Example; Last Saturday morning I filled up the supply of toilet paper in our Dojo with 7 full rolls, say and write there was only 1 roll left the next morning and to think that the Dojo is closed around 13.00 hours. My suspicion is that the rolls are being used as towel.
480 Trainer
It was out of use for a few weeks, but after a thorough renovation and the necessary paintwork, our 480 trainer is back in tip-top shape. It's sprayed in Burning Heart red where it could and the front and back screens are pristine white. Please point out that the use of this beautiful machine may only take place by appointment and in consultation with one of our employees.
Ramadan
Ramadan is over and I would like to compliment the users of our 24 hour service regarding the Fitness room. Jerry had set a special rate for Ramadan and many users of other gyms have taken advantage of this.
I am delighted that everyone has kept to the agreement made in advance and, despite stricter controls, there have been no incidents of any noteworthy.
Max
The morning mass for Max can be called a success, due to the absence of Jerry Jeremy did the honors in a more than excellent way. I also saw many a note go into the jar, but I still owe you the proceeds of this collection because Abman had glued the lid in such a way that it could not be moved, despite frantic attempts. Of course, we will let you know the amount raised.
Gooiland Theatre
The ticket sales for our closing season of the dance school in Theater Gooiland are more than satisfactory. More than 350 tickets have been sold at the time of writing, so if you want to see the dances rehearsed especially for this occasion for 10 euros, don't hesitate and visit the dance school where tickets are still available. The event will take place on Wednesday 12 July at 18.00 hours.
