Clothing Viking Obstacle Run
Today, Thursday 2/6, the clothing arrived at Dojo Burning Heart regarding the Viking Obstacle Run in Nijmegen. The clothing looks great so we arrive at the location perfectly as one group.
If I may give you a tip, bring enough dry and depending on the weather clothing because believe me, a short time ago my family participated in a similar run in Amsterdam and have seen the pictures how they looked. All mud and gunk but they had found it incredibly enjoyable. That is also the intention of our Viking Obstacle Run in Nijmegen, besides the achievement it should be an unforgettable afternoon.
Have no idea about the course and whether I can follow it with my camera but we will see on the spot. Will do everything possible to capture as much as possible on film, in any case a nice way to try out my latest acquisition, an incredibly handy and highly mobile camera called DJI cosmo. Hope the weather cooperates then all will be well.

The BoxMaster
Could hardly believe my ears but Friday 3/6 the long awaited BoxMaster will be installed at Dojo Burning Heart. After many promises and promises it finally appears to be happening.
This BoxMaster is truly a welcome addition to the Crossfight space.
Can tell you that few gyms have such a machine in their space but Burning Heart would not be Burning Heart to purchase this wonderful machine.
In addition to the Jacob's Ladder, we have another eye-catcher in the house.

Kickboxing with Twan
Been playing with the thought of making some footage for beginning kickboxers for a while now.
The growth at Dojo Burning Heart continues to grow and there are many newcomers to Kickboxing. At the counter we get many comments like "would like to take a Kickboxing class but have no idea about how and what". People have heard about a Low Kick but what that exactly means is algebra for most beginners.
Of course we point our training team to these beginners and they then try to give as much attention as possible but with often a full mat it is not always easy.
Always point out these beginners to try to attend Twan Cornellissen's class on Saturday 11:00 am.
Twan is ideally suited to teach beginners the noble sport of Kickboxing.
Together with Twan I am going to shoot several short videos to show the principles of Kickboxing. I have no idea yet what these will look like but knowing Twan, I'm sure he will make it happen.
