Thursday, May 26, Dojo Burning Heart was present at the field day of all classes 8 of Hilversum. Some time ago we were asked to be present at this field day and contribute to not everyday sports that are normally practiced at school.
The soccer fields of Olympia and the Gooi played host to these sports.
The weather cooperated fantastically, regular sunshine and not too cold or too hot.
Abman was our representative and acquitted himself excellently in his familiar manner. The athletes were generally interested and attentively followed Abman's lessons.
Shot some footage and made a video of it which can be seen on my site and that of Dojo, a Facebook page I created a while ago. To follow it you have to sign up on my site, this is to prevent persons I don't find suitable from following it as well.
By now the counter stands at about 200 followers, mainly members of Burning Heart, also interested send a message to me and I will gladly add you.

Alistair Overeem
The countdown is on to next Saturday, the day Alistair Overeem visits our Dojo to give a Seminar. The interest is quite high but we still have room on the mat.
There are still quite a few members who have to pay the costs, € 25,00. This is mainly because for organizational reasons this must be done in cash, pin is not possible in this case.
So people make sure you have cash with you on Saturday because we are unrelenting, no participation in this unique Seminar.

Viking Obstacle Run
Regarding the planned bus trip to the Viking Obstacle Run in Nijmegen, the number of registrations so far is disappointing. Within 2 weeks we have to make a decision regarding the coach, you understand that the day is short and when the number of registrations increases so slowly, this joint bus trip is in danger.
Participants of the Obstacle Run please somehow sign up promptly so we can secure this bus. Ten euros is definitely not too much for such a fat 200 kilometers.

24/7
Interest in the 24/7 Fitness and Crossfight space on the top floor is growing by the day. Drops are being sold almost daily.
Love it when I look on the home cameras, virtually no time of day are these spaces empty, there are almost always individuals walking around.
Whether I look at 6 a.m. or the midnight hour, there is always movement on the cameras.
But still see too many people walking around without a towel, too bad anyway.

480Trainer
It has been a bit quiet around our 480 trainer, but next week we will put this beauty in the spotlight. The cooperation with Hans Mars, the supplier of the 480 trainer, did not turn out as we expected.
All kinds of small incidents made us decide to put our shoulders under the project ourselves, because this machine is more than worth it.
A strippenkaart costs € 100,00 and for that money you can build up your fitness 21 times and certainly increase it. Greats like Peter Aarts swear by this machine and still use it weekly.
Now what is 2×4 minutes but believe me, you can get pretty broken down on it.
