MMA teacher

I started kickboxing from the age of 12 but didn't think that was enough. That's why I started MMA at the age of 16. I then trained MMA 3 times a week and kickboxing 2 times a week. Because I learned detailed both standing and on the ground, I can explain this perfectly in my MMA classes. I currently teach twice a week; Mondays and Thursdays. From beginners to competition fighters.
